Co-Founders

Arvind Ganesan is a co-founder & Chief Commercial Officer of EcoSoul Home. He currently leads merchandising, marketing, e-commerce storefront and retail partnerships. Prior to EcoSoul, Arvind was a General Manager at Wayfair leading global merchandising operations and offshore partnerships. Before Wayfair, Arvind served as a product leader at Microsoft in his role as the Head of Energy Vertical for cloud solutions.

Before Microsoft, Arvind was a Senior Manager at PwC Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) and spent 8+ years in management consulting at PwC Strategy&, Booz & Company and Deloitte serving energy, high-tech, retail & consumer goods clients globally. Arvind has an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, an MS degree in Industrial Engineering (Supply Chain Focus) from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University

 

 

Rahul Singh is a co-founder & Chief Operating Officer of EcoSoul Home. He currently leads Global Operations, Product Development, Logistics and Supplier Development. Prior to EcoSoul, Rahul was a General Manager at Wayfair leading CastleGate Logistics - Wayfair’s Global Supply Chain Network. Before Wayfair, Rahul held multiple senior management positions with companies like Citi Group (Managing Director, Consumer Banking), JP Morgan Chase (Executive Director, Consumer Banking), American Express (Head of Global Marketing) and KPMG (Management Consulting).

Rahul is also a serial entrepreneur and over the past two years has built a Global Commodity Trading company and a Manufacturing company in India with combined revenues of $1.8MM in 2020. Rahul comes with strong operations, process and analytics expertise. He also brings deep experience in white space development and execution of operations initiatives to drive financial and revenue targets. Rahul has an undergraduate degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India and an MBA from the Xavier School of Management (XLRI) in India. Both are Tier 1 institutions in India.
